Yoho National Park is adjacent to Banff National Park, and in the Canadian Rockies. Banff is on Alberta side where Yoho is on British Columbia side. It’s an hour drive from the town of Banff. Because I set up my base in Banff, and because Yoho National Park being a smaller national park, I was able to visit many attractions of the park in one day. Yoho National Park is known for its waterfalls, canyon’s and lakes.

Takakkaw falls

The second tallest waterfall in Canada. It stands at 380m.

Natural Bridge

This natural wonder reminds us how powerful water can be. In this case the water forces its way through a giant limestone and splits the rock into two pieces.
